LANCIE (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED is registered in Hong Kong as an independent legal entity, responsible for international contract signing, payment collection and overall business management.
Day-to-day operations—including customer development, technical communication, quotation confirmation, order processing, supplier management, shipment coordination and after-sales support—are executed by our Mainland China operations office.
This arrangement lets us leverage Hong Kong’s advantages in international business and compliance while relying on Mainland manufacturing partners for delivery speed, process depth and cost-effectiveness.
Global customers sign purchase contracts and complete settlement with the Hong Kong company, while all technical review, process confirmation, sampling, batch production and quality closure are handled directly between our Mainland operations team and the factories.

ISO 9001-Oriented Internal Processes
To secure reliable delivery, we are aligning our internal processes with ISO 9001 quality management requirements, starting from the Mainland operations center.
Current priorities include order review, supplier evaluation, incoming and in-process checks, shipment inspection, non-conformance handling and continuous improvement.
At a suitable stage we plan to pursue full ISO 9001 certification with the Hong Kong company as the certification and Mainland operations as the execution site, to better support global customers.
We prioritise building a process that can be explained, checked and improved, rather than only quoting a pass rate number.
ISO 9001 requirements are progressively integrated into order review, supplier evaluation and inspection steps.
